HE Khalid bin Ibrahim Al-Hamar, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Korea, participated in the first edition of the International Forum on Emerging Security.

The forum will be held on November 16-17 in Seoul, and will discuss multilateral cooperation to confront new security threats, in areas such as: health and cyber security.
