The Embassy of the State of Qatar in the Republic of Korea hosted a reception at The Shilla Hotel in Seoul on Monday, 15 December 2025, to mark the National Day of the State of Qatar. The event was attended by H.E. Mr. Kwon Oh-eul, Minister of Patriots and Veterans Affairs, representing the Government of the Republic of Korea, along with members of the Korean National Assembly and officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

His Excellency Khalid bin Ebrahim Al Hamar, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Korea, visited Jeonbuk National University, where he toured the Artificial Intelligence Center and several of the university's most prominent facilities.
