His Excellency Khalid bin Ebrahim Al-Hamar, Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Seoul, met with His Excellency Kim Seung-kyum Chairman of Joint Chiefs of Staff of the South Korean Army, on the occasion of the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Korea for military cooperation.
