His Excellency Dr. Saad bin Ahmed Al-Muhannadi, President of Ashghal, the Public Works Authority of Qatar, participated in the Global Infrastructure Cooperation Conference 2023, which was hosted in the Korean capital, Seoul.

The conference was organized by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. High-level delegations from 24 countries participated in the said conference.

On the sidelines of the conference, H.E Al-Muhannadi met with H.E Won Hee-ryong, Minister of Land, Infrastructure and Transport of the Republic of Korea.
