The State of Qatar participated in the meetings of the Global Green Growth Institute held on October 31, 2018 at the Institute's headquarters located in the South Korean capital, Seoul.

The State of Qatar participated with a delegation from the Ministry of Environment and Municipalities at the seventh session of the Assembly and the eleventh session of the Council of the Global Green Growth Institute on 31 October 2018.

The Qatari delegation also participated in GGGI Energy Forum, hosted by Seoul on October 30, 2018.

The State of Qatar is one of the first countries support the establishment of the Institute since 2012.
