The Embassy of the State of Qatar has organized a reception party on the occasion of Qatar’s National Day.

The embassy of the State of Qatar participated in Seoul Friendship Festival organized by the Seoul Municipality with the participation of 46 countries. The embassy's participation focused on promoting the World Cup Qatar 2022, in addition to introducing Qatari culture and traditions by serving coffee, tasting Qatari food and trying Qatari traditional clothes.

The embassy of the State of Qatar to Seoul set up a pavilion to promote the 2022 World Cup Qatar as part of the "Itaewon Global Village Festival". The festival is considered one of the largest events hosted by the city of Seoul, as it is visited by one million people over two days.

In the context of promoting the Qatar 2022 World Cup, the embassy, in cooperation with the Organization of Francophonie, organized a football tournament in which diplomats from the embassies of the member states of the Francophone Organization participated.

His Excellency Khalid bin Ebrahim Al Hamar, Qatar Ambassador to the Republic of Korea, participated in the ceremony held by the Department of Arabic Studies at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies.
